Our goal at Munchkin Meadow Preschool is to ensure a fun, safe, and educational environment for all children, staff, and families. Through the passion and commitment of our staff and the purposefully designed classrooms, we provide many opportunities for children to imagine, explore, be creative, and foster a lifelong love of learning. In addition, we build strong ties with all staff, parents, and the community to share our passion for both education, and meeting the ever-changing needs of all children.

This is a pivotal role as your effort and contributions will help to shape young children’s lives. For this reason, the ideal candidate for the position will have a true desire to grow in Early Childhood Education. At the center, we maintain the highest standards of quality education and care. We also strongly believe in developing talent and supporting our staff every step of the way.

The right candidate for the position will be experienced in and energetic about developing a fun, safe, and nurturing environment for both children and their families. As children’s needs constantly change, organization, flexibility, and the ability to demonstrate compassion and patience in all situations is a must.
Responsibilities

Make a positive impact and inspire a love of learning in each child’s growth and development by creating educational lessons for the children

Create and maintain a healthy, safe, and welcoming learning environment.

Build trusting relationships and develop open lines of communication with all staff, parents, and children.

Supervise all classroom activities in a patient, proactive, and caring manner.
Job Requirements
-
AT LEAST 1 year or more of childcare experience in a licensed center

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Outstanding organizational abilities
-
High level of flexibility and willingness to work all shifts when needed
